By installing and using the Socratis browser extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Socratis is a browser extension that allows you to send the same prompt to multiple AI chatbot services simultaneously. The Extension opens tabs for each selected AI service and injects your prompt into their input fields.

3. Third-Party Services

The Extension facilitates interaction with third-party AI services including but not limited to:

• Google Gemini
• OpenAI ChatGPT
• xAI Grok
• Anthropic Claude
• DeepSeek

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Comply with the terms of service of any third-party AI services you access through the Extension
• Not use the Extension for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Not use the Extension to generate content that violates the policies of the AI services

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The results obtained from using the Extension will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the Extension will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Extension
• Any content or responses received from third-party AI services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of service

8. Changes to AI Services

Third-party AI services may change their interfaces, policies, or availability at any time. The Extension may stop working with one or more services without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to update the Extension but cannot guarantee continuous compatibility with all services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Extension at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
